1. What cookies are
Small text files the browser stores when you visit a site. They let the site remember your preferences or measure traffic. They're not inherently harmful.
2. Essential cookies
We use one tiny bit of localStorage — to remember your choice in the cookie banner (so it doesn't pop up on every visit). Technically not a classical cookie and can't be disabled, otherwise the banner would never stop showing.
3. Analytics (optional)
If you click "Accept all", we load Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. They collect anonymized stats — how many people visited, what device type, how quickly pages loaded. No IP addresses, no fingerprinting, no linking to your identity.
4. How to turn it off or change it
On first visit we show a banner with two buttons. Your choice is saved in localStorage. To change it, clear site data in your browser (Settings → Privacy → Clear site data) and the banner will reappear on the next visit.
