1. Controller
The controller of titansystems.sk and all Titan Systems services is Matej Pilinský (sole trader). Contact: hello@titansystems.sk. If you need a postal address or business ID, email us and we'll send it in the reply.
2. What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, gym name, phone (if provided), budget range and your message. Nothing else. No profiling, no automated decision-making, no predictions.
3. Why we process it
Only to reply to your inquiry and, if relevant, prepare a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients (Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. How long we keep it
Form inquiries: max. 24 months from last contact, then deleted. If we never enter a contract, we delete them after 12 months.
5. Who we share it with
Vercel Inc. (web hosting, USA — EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Resend Inc. (email delivery, USA — SCCs). No one else. No marketing agencies, no third-party sales.
6. Your GDPR rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, portability and object. Just email hello@titansystems.sk — we reply within 24 h, resolve within 30 days. You can lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk).
7. Cookies and analytics
Details are in the separate Cookies document. Short version: no analytics cookies run without your consent. Everything respects your choice in the cookie banner.
8. Changes
If we make a material change we'll bump the date above and announce it on the homepage — or by email if we're already in touch.
